How can I recognise the guide?

Our guide will be carrying a maroon umbrella with white letters at the meeting point.

Are tickets included?

All guided tours include the tickets in the price, except for the tours of the Mosque–Cathedral. In this case, we also offer the option of booking without the Mosque ticket if the client already has it or needs an additional discount and therefore must purchase the ticket through the official website of the Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba.

Will the guide use radio-guides during the visit?

Radio-guides will be used for groups of more than 10 people on guided tours that include entry to the interior of the Mosque–Cathedral, as groups larger than 10 are required to use them inside the temple. We recommend bringing your own earphones to avoid using disposable ones and thus help protect the environment.

How many people can be in a group?

Groups are usually small to ensure we offer the best quality to our clients. On exceptional days, such as holidays or specific dates when demand for guided tours is higher, the group may reach up to 30 people.

Is it necessary to bring the printed confirmation voucher?

No, you can present the voucher either printed or on your mobile phone or tablet.

What happens if I arrive late for the tour?

First of all, we recommend notifying us by phone if you are going to be late for the tour, so we can give you instructions or reschedule your visit if possible.

Secondly, if you have not notified us that you are arriving late, the guides will always allow a 5-minute courtesy period for all clients before starting the tour.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the guide will have already started and you will lose your right to the tour and therefore also the tickets for entry into the monuments.
